Please note that this warranty does not cover bulbs.
Loyal customers of more than 7 years are still offered help for replacement parts or discounts on new units.
Lost or broken filter or base screws will ship for free.

We offer a 60-day return or exchange policy.
We will refund the total amount paid, less a $35 restocking fee.
Return shipping costs to our facility are to be borne by the customer.
